BX Wallet Privacy Policy Last update: 16 March 2026 1. Introduction 1.1. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") of Nevada Aspa Corporation (Registration Number: 155780170), a company incorporated under the laws of Panama (the "Company", "we", "our", or "us") describes the basis on which we may process Personal Data we may collect from users of BX Wallet in accordance with applicable law. Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalized terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in BX Wallet Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time. 1.2. For purposes of applicable data protection laws, the Company is the data controller. For the purposes of this Policy, "you" and "your" refers to you as the user of BX Wallet. Read this Policy carefully so that you understand your rights in relation to your Personal Data and how we might collect, use, and process it. If you do not agree to this Policy, do not use, access, connect to or interact with BX Wallet, or otherwise provide your information to us. 2. Personal Data We Collect About You, Why We Process It, And The Legal Basis For Processing 2.1. When you access, use, connect to, or interact with BX Wallet, we may collect certain categories of information about you, including Personal Data, from a variety of sources. 2.2. Information you provide to us: 2.2.1. Data may include: (i) any Digital Asset, smart-contract, or protocol address information; and (ii) geolocation data. You provide this data to us when you connect or import existing third party non-custodial wallet(s) you own to BX Wallet. 2.2.2. Your email address and related information when you register for a BX Wallet Account, subscribe to communications, or contact us. In addition, if you choose to register or sign in to or otherwise connect to BX Wallet through third-party providers such as Google, Apple, or X (formerly Twitter), we may receive certain information from those providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and your account settings. Such information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, profile information, and authentication tokens necessary to verify your identity and enable access to our Services. 2.2.3. Other data may include transaction data or history (such as your public blockchain transaction history and other information associated with a linked address or third party non-custodial wallet and token holdings). Should you contact us, we will collect the content of the communications we have with you and any Personal Data contained within, including the email address you used to contact us. 2.3. Information we collect automatically: 2.3.1. When you access and use BX Wallet, our servers automatically record certain information in log files. Such information may include: (i) the date and time of access; (ii) the country or region from which BX Wallet is accessed; (iii) any application programming interface endpoints or in-application features accessed; (iv) device information, including hardware model, operating system version, language settings, and application version; and (v) network information, including carrier details, connection type, and transmission protocol utilized (e.g., HTTPS). 2.3.2. We may employ software development kits, geolocation services, tracking technologies, and other integrated applications within BX Wallet. These technologies may collect certain information regarding your access to, use of, connection to, or interaction with BX Wallet ("Usage Data"). Usage Data may be processed by us and/or shared with third-party service providers for purposes including, but not limited to, analytics, performance monitoring, personalization, and security. In our legitimate interests to provide effective services to you, we may also use this data to create aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data. 2.4. Third-Party Wallet Connections and Disclaimer: 2.4.1. Access to and certain features of BX Wallet may require you to connect or import a compatible third party non-custodial wallet. By using such wallet, you agree that your access to, use of, connection to, and/or interactions with such wallets are governed by the policy for such applicable wallet, and you agree that you are using such wallet in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party provider of such wallet. 2.4.2. Wallets are not maintained or supported by, or associated or affiliated with, the Company. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for actions arising from your use of third-party wallets, including but without limitation, actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of personal information by such wallets. 2.5. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data: 2.5.1. We generally process Personal Data we collect when we need to do so to perform our contract with you. For example, the processing of Personal Data is carried out for the purpose of enabling your access to, use of, connection to, and interaction with BX Wallet, including: (i) to facilitate your connection to BX Wallet; and (ii) to identify if you are likely to be in a Restricted Jurisdiction. Each case with respect to any of (i) or (ii) is in order for us to perform our contract with you and in our legitimate interests to provide access to BX Wallet to you. 2.5.2. We may use any data collected, including Usage Data, to tailor features and content to you and to ensure content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device. We may also use and run analytics to better understand your user experience with respect to BX Wallet. 2.5.3. We may also process Personal Data in our legitimate interests to assist system security and stability for provision of BX Wallet, to conduct troubleshooting, data analytics, testing, and research, and to enable optimization and internal statistical analysis with respect to BX Wallet, as well as to maintain the safety and security of our users, BX Wallet, and to improve and develop BX Wallet. In addition to the foregoing, we may use any of your information to comply with any applicable legal obligations, to enforce any applicable terms of use, and to protect or defend BX Wallet, our rights, and the rights of our users or others. 2.6. Processing Personal Data Without Consent 2.6.1. If you do not provide us with consent to process your Personal Data, we may still process your Personal Data under one of the following bases: (a) Public interest. We will process your Personal Data without your consent where it is necessary to protect the public interest. (b) Legal Proceedings. We will process your Personal Data without your consent where it is necessary to initiate or defend legal proceedings or in relation to judicial or security procedures. (c) Protection of your interests. We will process your Personal Data without your consent where it is necessary to protect your interests. (d) Performance of a contract. We will process your Personal Data without your consent where it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request before entering into such a contract; we use this basis for provision of our Services. Under applicable data protection laws, you may have certain rights in relation to your Personal Data. These rights may include the following: 3.1.1. Access to your Personal Data that we hold, information on how we use it, and who we share it with; 3.1.2. Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data we hold about you, which we may verify as necessary before making changes; 3.1.3. Deletion or removal of your Personal Data, in certain circumstances; 3.1.4. Objection to the processing of your Personal Data, in certain circumstances; 3.1.5. Restriction of the processing of your Personal Data, to stop us from processing the Personal Data we hold about you other than for storage purposes, in certain circumstances; 3.1.6. Portability of your Personal Data; we will endeavor to provide you, or a third party, with a copy of the Personal Data that we hold about you and transfer it to a third party in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; 3.1.7. Withdrawal of consent, where we rely on consent to process Personal Data; this will not affect the processing of Personal Data carried out before consent is withdrawn or on legal bases other than consent. 3.2. In response to your request (including data access, correction, or deletion requests), please note that, for your own protection as well as ours, we shall only be able to do so with the proper and verified authorization of the data owner himself or herself. Therefore, before taking any action, we will take all steps as considered necessary in our absolute discretion to carry out said verification of the requester's identity (including but not limited to a telephone call-back or email response from the data owner's email address on file, or such procedures as we may in our discretion require) so as to ensure the legitimacy of the request. We will respond to your requests within a reasonable period of time, but no later than the time period required by law, and the Company hereby disclaims any liability for any loss or damage howsoever suffered as a result of such requests (including data access, correction or deletion requests). Also, while we aim to respond to data requests without charge, we hereby reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee should the request prove to be onerous, repetitive, or require additional resources to be complied with. 3.3. BX Wallet may contain links to other third-party websites or Digital Asset Apps, where their own privacy policies / notices may apply and the Company is not responsible for the privacy policies / notices of such third-party websites or Digital Asset Apps. 4.3 If we disclose your Personal Data to service providers that perform business activities for us, they may only use your Personal Data for the specific purpose for which we supply it. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that all contractual arrangements with third parties adequately address compliance with applicable privacy laws. 5. We may provide links on BX Wallet to other websites or online platforms operated by third parties, including social media or content platforms operated by third parties, such as X (formerly Twitter) or Medium (such platforms, generally, "Social Media Platforms"). We may also provide links to BX Wallet or online platforms operated by third-party contributors ("Contributors"). We do not own, operate, or control such third-party links. If you follow links to sites not owned or operated by us, you should review their available privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of these sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information and services found on these sites. 9.2. Note that third parties and Contributors may provide services, information, dashboards, links, tools, functionalities, and applications, and these may be linked from time to time through BX Wallet or through Social Media Platforms. Such third parties and Contributors are independent and as such, we do not own, operate, or control their services, information, dashboards, links, tools, functionalities, and applications and cannot guarantee, and are not responsible for, the privacy, security, or content of these sites or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of services, information, dashboards, links, tools, functionalities, and applications found on these sites. Our inclusion of links, including through Social Media Platforms, does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of such services, information, dashboards, links, tools, functionalities, and applications, or of their owners, operators, or publishers, except as disclosed on BX Wallet. 9.3. When you open a link to any Social Media Platform from BX Wallet, a direct connection may be established between your browser and the server of the Social Media Platform. This provides the Social Media Platform with information that you accessed BX Wallet and accessed the link. If you access a link to a Social Media Platform while logged-in to your account on the Social Media Platform concerned, the content of BX Wallet may be linked to your profile on the platform (i.e., the Social Media Platform may link your visit to BX Wallet directly to your user account). If you want to prevent this, you should log out before clicking on the relevant links. In any case, an association takes place when you log-in to the relevant Social Media Platform after clicking on the link. 10. Updates To Policy We may review and update this Policy from time to time. Your continued access to or use of BX Wallet and/or the Services constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of such changes to this Policy. It is your responsibility to check this Policy for such amendments and we shall not be legally or financially liable for the consequences of your failure to do so. 11.
